Here is a handy guide to recover your stolen Instagram account in a few minutes without creating a new one. As criminals become more sophisticated, you never know when or how your account might be in danger.
If you remember your Instagram email ID
If you still have access to the email account used for your stolen Instagram account, you can get your account back by requesting a password reset. Just request a new password for your account by clicking the “Forgot Password?” link on the login screen.

Recovery without an email ID
If you don’t have access to your email account, in case your email account also got stolen, or the intruder has somehow succeeded in changing the email from your account settings.
- You can go to the Instagram website,

- Then Report Something,

- Select “I think my account has been hacked”
