1. Click the Home tab
  2. Double-Click email message to open in separate message window.
  3. Go to your new window and click on File’ tab:
  4. Select Info then click Properties button.
  5. Headers are displayed in the read-only ‘Internet headers’ text box at the bottom of the properties dialog.
  6. Click anywhere in the ‘Internet headers’ text box, and press CTRL-A to select all header info.
  7. Then press CTRL-C to copy header info to the Windows clip-board.
  8. CTRL-V to paste header data into a new text file, notepad application or wherever you will use it.
