Woman Charged with Identity Theft and Fraud

Dominique Washington, 27, of Philadelphia, PA was charged Thursday, October 27, by Indictment Complaint with conspiracy, access device fraud and aggravated identity theft, in a scheme, involving numerous individuals, in which fraudulent Sears credit accounts were opened in victims’ names and co-conspirators, whose names were added as authorized users to those accounts, then made fraudulent purchases with those credit accounts at Sears and Kmart stores.

If convicted the defendant faces a maximum possible sentence of 19 years imprisonment, a $1,000,000 fine and a $400 special assessment.
